You have been learning about how Christmas is celebrated in Ethiopia. Here are some of the Christmas cards and letters that are going to be sent to our link school, Ada Model in Debre Zeit, Ethiopia in time for their Christmas and we will be hoping for some replies later in 2013. It's time to track Santa!

Happy Christmas Eve! Get updated reports and streaming videos from key stops on Santa's trip around the world. Google software will output live images from NORAD's high-speed digital “Santa Cams," and Google Maps and Google Earth will follow Santa as he travels around the world. He has just lifted off from the North Pole!

The Queens Christmas Message...

The Queens annual message highlighted the issue of uncertainty in the world. Some of the things which could have once been taken for granted, suddenly seem less certain and naturally give rise to insecurity. The main examples being the global economy and war. The Queen wants us to reflect upon the past in order to sustain us now and in the coming year.

Ho Ho Ho! Christmas in a Caravan...

Hundreds of people remain homeless after the Hull Floods of 2007 and some will spend Christmas day in caravans. Read more here.

Norad tracks Santa!

On Christmas Eve, get updated reports and streaming videos from key stops on Santa's trip around the world. Google software will output live images from NORAD's high-speed digital “Santa Cams," and Google Maps and Google Earth will follow Santa as he travels around the world. Until then you can receive updates from the North Pole, play games and see the events of last year when Norad tracked Santa around the world.
